Where we install.

The Western Suburbs are where a large share of our double-glazing work happens. Heritage overlays in Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and Claremont mean we frequently work to council conditions on frame profile and colour. Salt exposure across the coastal strip drives our default hardware upgrade to stainless-steel Roto sets and heavier gaskets. Multi-storey terrace renovations in Subiaco and Mount Lawley regularly need lift-and-slide or tilt-and-turn to meet planning requirements.

Our workshop is in Landsdale — so the Northern Corridor is our shortest run. Joondalup, Wanneroo and surrounding estates are typically single-storey builds with generous glazing openings; we deliver on a two-day fit-out cycle where the site is ready. New-build volume trades and owner-builder clients both make up a good chunk of our monthly bookings up here.

Mount Lawley, Highgate, Leederville and North Perth are heritage-heavy. Federation and art-deco homes usually need woodec timber-effect finishes to match existing joinery, and we regularly submit heritage colour matches for council sign-off. Access can be tight on inner-city streets, so we schedule night deliveries where required to avoid parking restrictions.

Applecross, Attadale and Como are where our larger residential jobs concentrate — often 20+ opening sites with mixed casement, awning, lift-and-slide and bi-fold. We plan these installs across two-to-three-day windows so glazing and hardware crews can overlap.

Fremantle brings heritage limestone conversions and warehouse fit-outs that need bespoke openings — often square/rectangular double-hungs or purpose-cut bays. We do carry stainless hardware as standard down here for the salt exposure.

Mandurah and Halls Head jobs are usually planned around low-tide access for waterfront properties. We batch multiple jobs into a single site week to justify the run — book earlier if you're in the Peel region and we'll try to line you up with a nearby install.
